Unleash your brand's potential
Elevate your online presence with Paddle Out Creative's expertise in UX and branding
We focus on a building small business brands |
We’re not your typical “creative agency,” mostly because we can’t stand how most agencies work. We actually like small businesses — probably because we own a few and know the chaos firsthand.
We don’t do corporate fluff, “alignment meetings,” or decks that say absolutely nothing. We ask real questions, get our hands dirty, and figure out what actually makes people care about your brand. Then we build something that looks good and makes sense — because pretty without purpose is just decoration. Our process is equal parts strategy, creativity, and controlled chaos. You’ll always know what’s happening, why we’re doing it, and how it’s going to help. And before you judge our website — yeah, it’s Weebly. Free version. Not exactly award-winning and we can’t customize shit. We tell our clients not to do that (like, seriously, don’t), but we’ve been too busy making their stuff look good. We’ll upgrade eventually. Probably. So if you’re ready to build a brand that actually feels like you — not a Canva template your cousin’s sister’s boyfriend threw together after taking three design credits freshman year — grab your board. We’re paddling out. |
Who is Paddle Out Creative?oYep — it’s a one-woman show. Liz paddled out on her own in 2023 after spending 13 years riding the waves of big-agency life. She hated following the rules — mostly because the stuff clients actually needed never fit into that uptight agency mold.
She wanted brands to talk like real people — to sound honest, relatable, a little rough around the edges if that’s what made them memorable (oh hey Mike, CEO of Liquid Death, a fellow creative co-worker). Not that buzzword bullshit like “let’s make this more buttoned up” when the brand clearly needed its own wild, unapologetic voice. She’s done the rounds: account management, project wrangling, UX/UI design, branding, strategy — you name it. And she’s worked with the big guys: Target, Walgreens, General Mills, Pfizer, AbbVie, United Healthcare. You know, the ones with endless meetings, fifty-slide decks, three rounds of “circling back,” and at least one “this could have been an email” moment per call. Now? She’s taking all that big-brand experience and using it for good — helping small businesses actually stand out without the corporate nonsense. Real strategy. Clean design. Honest conversations. No buzzwords. No committees. Just smart, creative work that gets noticed. |
