Every brand is looking
for the idea that changes everything.
The campaign people talk about.
The concept that suddenly
makes the work feel obvious.
The direction that
everything else can follow.
But that idea rarely shows
up at the end of the process.
It has to be found at the beginning.
At Paddle Out Creative,
we work at the level of the concept.
The central thought.
The creative direction.
The idea that gives the work
its shape and momentum.
The concept that suddenly
makes the work feel obvious.
The direction that
everything else can follow.
But that idea rarely shows
up at the end of the process.
It has to be found at the beginning.
At Paddle Out Creative,
we work at the level of the concept.
The central thought.
The creative direction.
The idea that gives the work
its shape and momentum.
We define it,
sharpen it,
and guide it forward
until it becomes something
worth riding.
Because when the direction is clear, the work has momentum.
And the creative actually
moves people.
Behind the direction
Paddle Out Creative is led by Liz, a creative director and brand strategist with 15 years as a Swiss army knife in advertising, helping shape work for brands including Target, UnitedHealthcare, Walgreens, General Mills, and Pfizer.
After years inside agencies, she built an experiential retail brand from the ground up. That shift from agency work to real-world business changed the way she approaches creative thinking.
Instead of only presenting ideas, she has spent years watching real customers react to brands, make decisions, and spend real money.
That perspective now shapes every idea and every campaign that comes out of Paddle Out.
